We are proud and grateful to announce that our sales have been very strong. CBMF RESTLESS has a great new home with Allyson Nord Wandtke to be in the irons and Mike and Dwayne with training honors. We can't think of a better place for Rusty to be and look forward to watching him continue to captivate the crowd in the ring next year. Allyson doesn't buy horses very often and we are very excited and grateful that she chose Rusty.
One of our rising young park stars, CBMF Victory Pass, is also moving. He will be the new mount of Elizabeth Burrick under the very capable direction of Jim and Jenny Taylor. We also look forward to seeing them in the ring next year.
Other sales have included the selection of a great young colt, CBMF Hitting the Streets, by the Gove Family. Alexis Nunan purchased two weanlings fillies, CBMF Making the Scene and CBMF Full Throttle. Our nice hunter mare, Boxford Living Art, sold at Oklahoma. Ted Heinrich visited the farm and went home with CBMF Red Hot Chili Pepper and CBMF Girl's Night Out, both nice young coming two year olds fillies. Other sales have included CBMF No Limits (full brother to CBMF Crown Prince), CBMF Glamorous and CBMF Torch Song. We have more so don't hesitate to call for our sales brochure and/or review the writeups on this site.
Congratulations to all our friends who did well at Oklahoma. Overtime horses won both the Grand Champion Mare and Grand Champion gelding titles IN THE SAME YEAR and with Anne Marie back in the saddle, "Mad Dog" boogied to his 6th world title. Dragonsmeade had many victories including the prestigious Open Park Saddle Championship with Icon who I predict will live up to his name and go down in Morgan history as one of the all time greats. Peeper had a wonderful show all around including many successes with their homebred string, Seriously and Optimus Prime being two of my favorites Taylor River had some stars including the always special Cartier. We were thrilled the Lora Lyons won with a mare that we reluctantly sold, Diana Victoria. And there were many other victories that were special.
CBMF Crown Prince is back home with the Sebrings with plates on and ready to rumble in the turnout ring. I saw him last week and he did indeed put on a big show. I don't know who worked harder, Mike or Prince, over this past year and we were proud of how Prince looked at Oklahoma and thank all the Broadmoor team for their great effort.

About Copper Beech
Copper Beech LLC is owned by Ann Hailey and Patrick Duggan. We began our venture in 1987 when we bought our first Morgan from Harry and Carolyn Sebring.
We breed with an objective of producing show horses primarily for the pleasure and park divisions. We strive for Morgans that have it all--athletic ability, beautiful heads, long legs and necks, laid-back shoulders and that important Morgan intangible known as heart.
We constantly strive to improve our results by investing in bloodstock, trying different crosses and watching and learning from other programs. Our "owned" breeding stallions are DBA Street Talk, GLB Bell Pepper, Ben's Rhapsody, CBMF Crown Prince and CBMF Restless. We also use "outside" stallions in our program to add diversity and to ensure that we are considering all possibilities when selecting the best cross for each of our mares. And we are extremely proud of the broodmares which are the foundation of our program.
As with all endeavors, our success is enabled by the partnership and support of a variety of trainers whose contact information is included on our site. We express our sincere gratitude to these partners and the grooms, vets and farriers who are integral to providing world class care to our horses.
